Cancellation & Lateness Policies In order to ensure a full massage session, we advise all clients to arrive early for their appointment. Clients arriving for their initial appointment should aim to arrive 10mins before their scheduled appointment time so that the necessary paperwork can be completed without it impacting on their treatment time. Unfortunately if you arrive late for your appointment we regret that we cannot give you extra time at the end of the scheduled finish time as this will impact on clients booked in after you. If for any reason we are running late you will always receive the full scheduled time. We understand that sometimes other things come up unexpectedly and you may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Please be courteous and call us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment to inform us if you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment.
